Accounts Assistant – Payable (Tea Sector)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
– Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
– Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
– Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly poste
– Generate reports detailing accounts payables status and maintain service & contract agreements
– Preparation of ad-hoc reports based on management requirement and monitoring internal controls
– Age should be below 30 years
– Part qualification in CA, CIMA or ACCA with a good academic background
– Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar field
– Having previous experience in Tea industry or audit firm is an added advantage
– Having a good command of English, both oral and written and experience in
SAP ERP system preferred
