We are on the lookout for an Information Technology Officer for our client, a well reputed Sri Lankan civil society organization located in Colombo 08
Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Address system troubleshoots and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Provide support, including documentation and relevant reports.
Set up and manage user accounts and profiles.
Manage the WIN Client Management System and communicate and coordinate with the developers.
Offer technical support for the procurement of computers and IT related equipment.
Maintain an update register of IT equipment in all WIN offices
Maintain and update the WIN Website and email.
Prepare any reports for funders or Management as required.
Site visits to the Regional Centres
Required skills and Qualifications
Age below 45 years only
Experience in Microsoft server 2008 or later.
Diploma or a professional qualification in Network administration or previous experience in Networking.
Experience in Computer hardware troubleshooting
Knowledge in CCTV, PBAX, switches and firewall.
Experience in Microsoft excel, word and PowerPoint. (having Microsoft certification will be an added advantage)
Certificate in Website developing or experience in WordPress.
