Head of Corporate & Leisure Sales

We are on the lookout for a Head of Corporate & Leisure Sales for our client company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow B2B sales across Hotels (individual and chains), Villas, Apartments, Corporate Institutions & Key Accounts
Develop strong relationships with procurement heads, GMs, and owners
Identify new projects and clients through sector research and pre-sales activity
Coordinate with production planning and supply chain to ensure timely delivery
Track and follow up on critical orders and customer requirements
Provide monthly sales forecasts to support raw material planning
Execute promotional campaigns, client engagement activities, and product presentations
Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market opportunities
Required skills and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years and above experience in B2B sales is a must
Hospitality/hotel sector exposure is a strong advantage
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Strong coordination ability with operations/production teams
Experience handling tenders, corporate contracts, and high-value accounts
Strong reporting, forecasting, and planning capability
