Accounts Assistant

Requirements:
– The ideal candidate should be below 35 years of age
– Passed the all-core subjects of GCE A/L (Commerce stream) is a must
– Full or part qualification in any professional accounting body (AAT, CA, CMA, CIMA, ACCA, etc.)
– Computer Literacy with hands of experience in MS office package
– Knowledge of accounting software especially SAP would be a distinct advantage
– Working experience in a manufacturing organization in a similar capacity will be an added advantage
– Should possess good communication & leadership skills
Responsibilities:
– Processing Bank Reconciliation
– Dealing with Banks and other institutions as required by the company.
– Preparation of monthly accrual entries
– Preparation of accounting and management reports on a timely basis with high accuracy
– Preparation of reports requests by management on ad-hoc basis
