System Engineer

Qualification and Experience:
– Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field such as information
technology, business administration, or project management or physical science with
Mathematics is preferred.
– The candidate should be capable of proyect management methodologies, and tools &
should have an understanding of information technology concepts, systems, and processes.
– Candidate should be able to effectively convey project updates, requirements and issues to team members, stakeholders and management being major requirements for the specified candidate.
– Candidate should be able to supervise cyber security and ensuring all anti-viruses and firewalls are regularly updated.
– Candidate should be proficient in creating and maintaining project schedules,
timelines, project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change
requests and problem-solving and diagnostic skills to identify technical issues & non-
technical issues.
– Previous experience in the field will be added advantage.
Requirements
– Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
– Strong interpersonal skills with the proficiency to train staff, adaptability, leadership
potential, and a positive attitude are all valuable assets that we expect from a candidate.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
– Ability to visit branch offices as and when required.
– In addition to the above, the duties that come under the standard purview of this
designation in a similar establishment would be an asset.
