Junior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:
– Reconciling all Airline accounts and ensure IATA Billing and Settlement Plan process is properly carried out
– Ensure all petty cash is reimbursed in a timely and accurate manner
– Liaising with external parties such as, banks, auditors, IRD department etc.
– Handling Motor vehicle insurances and revenue license
– Complying with Tax legislation and ensure all taxes are properly filed and paid
– Provide administrative support to management with reference to policy enforcement and operational assistance
– Arranging supplier payments and maintaining a healthy relationship with them.
– Updating accounting system and maintaining relevant documents
Candidate Profile:
– A Degree or full/ part professional qualification in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university/ institute
– Minimum 6 months of experience in Accounting
– Excellent PR Skills and Ability to work under pressure
– Arranging supplier payments and maintaining a healthy relationship with them, Updating the accounting system and maintaining relevant documents
