Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the showroom’s overall performance; setting sales targets, in-store merchandising, market development activities, and customer service.
Be responsible for managing inventories, cash, and sales proceeds.
Motivate the showroom sales team as the leader to meet targets at appropriate times. Competencies and Requirement
Requirements
Passed GCE A/L
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Management or Professional Qualification in SLIM / CIM or Marketing -related qualification from a reputed Institution
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the same industry or in related industries such as Hardware.
Age below 45 years of age.
A dynamic and result oriented individual.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
