We are on the lookout for a Community / Happiness Manager for our client company.We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Community / Happiness Manager to foster a vibrant, connected, and positive living environment across our managed properties. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and our service teams, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, engagement, and community bonding. Your goal is to enhance client experience, resolve concerns proactively, and build a happy, thriving community.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 02 years and above experience in community management, event Management, customer / public relationship, or hospitality roles.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic, solution-oriented, and highly organized.
Experience in event planning and community engagement is a plus.
Tech-savvy – familiar with CRM tools, community apps, and social media platforms.
