Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the preparation of financial reports including budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns and reports for Government regulatory agencies and financial management reports.
• Assist in the management of all accounting procedures and systems used by the organization. • Closely work with Factory & Management Accounting to operate within the budgeted expenses. • Monitoring of financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.
• Coordinating with External Auditors and complete the statutory audits as per the deadlines. • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory and report variations to management including monthly write off and slow-moving inventories.
• Ensure controls over the entire organization Including accounts payable, accounts receivable, Inventories, bank reconciliations etc.

Requirements:
• Associate member of CA Sri Lanka/ACCA/CIMA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accounting from a recognized institute or university.
• Minimum of 04 years experience In the similar capacity in Manufacturing/ FMCG or In a reputed financial institution.
• Have a thorough management accounting expertise combined with auditing background and Knowledge on ERP and high level of Computer literacy, MS Excel Skills.
• Should be a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, strong set of values and leadership qualities.
• Attention to details, Problem Solving mindset and resilient under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Sinhala & English.
