Key Responsibilities
• Provide pre and post-sales support to customers, including installation of appliances
• Rectify faults in Products efficiently and effectively
• Report nature of faults and rectification means to the HOD for structured documentation• Maintain information on spare parts and alternates
• Provide Technical Training to staff and partners as and when required• Upkeep of the Service Centre and the display in the Design Centre
Role Requirement
Qualifications: Advanced Level
Technical Training qualification minimum NVQ Level 03
NAITA / CGTI / VTA any Technical Institute Certifications
Experience
Minimum 01 Year experience in attending to field jobs
Age-Below 40 years of age
Skills
Ability to converse in English will be an added advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills
Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent worker
Other
Should have a valid bike riding license and a motor bike
Salary Package -50K-80K
