Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive – Estimation (Male Candidates Only)Location: Head Office – Colombo 04, Sri Lanka
Key Responsibilities
To support the sales team with Pricing, Estimations and Specifications of customer’s requests
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) including details such as Product image, number, price quantity, etc.
To provide technical assistance to Sales team and customers as required
Maintain client relations by being lead contact of proposal for client
Revise estimates as per the requirement and make any requested changes by customers
Coordination with Internal/External stakeholders to provide comprehensive solutions for
Projects.
Communication with suppliers
Preferred Qualification: Diploma in Quantity Surveying
Age: Between 30-35 years old Skills/knowledge:
Prior Knowledge of Architectural Ironmongery, Sliding and Glass fittings is desired.
Technical inclination
Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings
Fluent in MS Office
Experience in ERP system
Salary Package- Senior Executive 80K-110K / Executive 50K-80K / AM 110K- 140K
