Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, AAT (Partly qualified) or a related field.
Minimum 1 year experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide insights into the company’s financial performance.
Assist in the creation and management of budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial goals.
Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and transactions to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Manage payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee salaries, taxes, and benefits.
Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies, and support audit processes as needed.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and collaborate with other departments to resolve financial issues and support organizational goats.
