Popsi Talent is seeking a skilled and versatile IT Executive to join our team and provide comprehensive IT support for our foreign agency, while also managing social media presence on various platforms.
Responsibilities:
IT Support:
– install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
– Maintain a secure and reliable network environment.
– Provide technical support to staff members, resolving IT-related issues promptly and efficiently.
– Implement and maintain data backup and recovery procedures.
– Ensure all software licenses are up-to-date and compliant.
Social Media Management:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like Facebook,
Instagram, and TikTok etc.
– Create engaging and informative content (text, images, videos} tailored to each platform’s
audience and specific requirements.
– Schedule and publish social media posts consistently.
– Monitor social media activity, respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
– Collaborate with the company to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Qualifications:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
– At or equivalent IT certification preferred.
– Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Experience with social media marketing platforms is a plus.
