– Male below 40 years of age with a high level of integrity
– Minimum 10 years of experience in similar capacity with an excellent track record
– A well focused and a goal oriented professional
– Should possess excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills
– A recognized professional qualification in Sales/Marketing is a must
– Having experience in the field of cosmetics will be an added advantage
– lead and motivate a team of sales force and support them to achieve
company sales for cast and sales targets
– Ensure team performance by facilitation with right resources, conducting
required internal and external training in order to optimize company’s sales performance
– Manage and maintain excellent relationship with Agents / Dealers while
achieve company targets and objectives
– Suggest, agree and implement any prevailing opportunities for growth of
sales in the country
– Continuous monitoring of competition and communication with
management in making the company a leader, in the respective areas
– Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales and area development
strategies
