Business Operation Analyst -Hybrid

Key Responsibilities
– Handle daily, weekly, monthly ‘BAU’ administrative tasks within SLA.
– Support Customer Operations Management and the wider business as and when required.
– Ensure all changes are made accurately and in a timely manner prior to installation.
– Download and transform reports from 8×8 and use relevant systems to extract statistics.
– Email the generated reports to the management team.
– Follow a predefined process document to update the assets to be dispatched each day.
– Ensure accurate and timely asset management.
– -Utilize a Microsoft Office Package to listen to calls, grade the calls based on given criteria & update the feedback to the respective person.
– Use a range of example responses to reply to reviews.

Requirements
– Must have 2+ years of experience in a similar capacity.
– GCSE Qualifications or equivalent with excellent verbal, written and numerical skills.
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field will be an added advantage.
– Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office Package.
– Previous analytical experience.
– Experience of Power-B.|, Power Query would be hugely advantageous.
– Methodical approach to work with excellent attention to detail.
– Excellent time management, telephone manners and communication skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize a varied and demanding workload.
