Junior Accounts Assistant

Qualifications:
• Part qualification – ICASL- Level 2 or MT Finalist.
Work Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
• Working experience in the engineering / construction company would be an advantage.
• Excellent computer literacy specially in Excel and SAGE 50 /QB accounting package.
Scope of work:
1. Should be able to raise SAGE System generated Invoices- Keep Hard copies in proper filling with monthly wise.
2. Handling Payments, writing cheques, Scan & forward for director’s approval and filing the vouchers in proper arrangements.
3. Managing petty cash transactions, arrangement of Debtors reports weekly basis for debtors meeting- Department wise.
4. Raising Systems GRNs based on manual GRN from Stores- Project Wise.
5. Data entry to the SAGE system correct General Ledger and the sub ledgers ensuring correct allocation of expenditure etc.
6. Any other work that assigned by management for day-to-day operation requirement.
