Salary: Rs. 45,000 + Overtime
Working Hours: Morning Shift (Roster / Shift Basis)
Job Duties:
Keep records of apartment jobs and complaints
Help organize repair and maintenance work
Check attendance of staff (security, cleaners, gardeners)
Support with tools, generators, fire systems, etc.
Handle keys, prepare bills, and collect payments
Monitor CCTV and check fire alarm systems
Keep simple reports and help with pest control
What They Expect:
Good English speaking and phone manners
Work experience in front office or customer service
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & Excel)
Clean and professional appearance
Must be willing to work on shifts
