AREA SALES MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:
– Execute sales plans to achieve targets and expand market presence.
– Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
– Conduct market visits to identify opportunities and gather customer feedback.
– Assist in organizing and executing retail campaigns and promotional activities.
– Monitor competitor activities and report findings to senior management.
Applicant Profile:
– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales within the fertilizer industry.
– Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
– Strong networking skills and ability to build lasting business relationships.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the designated region.
The selected candidate will receive an attractive remuneration package, in keeping with the market standards.
