We are on the lookout for an Assistant Human Resources Manager for our Client Company.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Age below 40 years only
Minimum 04 years and above working experience in Human Resources with minimum 01 year and above experience as an Assistant Manager Human Resources with experience in a Factory environment is required.
Experience in achieve 5S level is a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
The candidate should be well versed in all aspects of HR and should formulate and implement HR best practices among the company
Professional Qualification – Masters in Business Administration in Human Resources Management / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
