Qualifications:
» Experience in direct sales, Preselling or distributor supervision.
* Ability to work independently. manage time and to work on company given
guide lines and targets
– Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry merchandise.
– Minimum 3 years proven experience in direct sales or van sales role preferably
island wide
– Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
– Strong communication skills both verbal and written in Sinhala. Ability to speak
in Tamil would be advantages.
– Strong interpersonal skills. customer-focused attitude and sales-oriented
mindset.
– Fair knowledge of IT
– Familiarity with sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and closing tactics.
– Adaptability and flexibility to work in diverse environments and handle various
customer situations
Responsibilities:
– Direct Order generation and outlet expansion.
– Capture, maintain. monitor and analyze market related data
– Establish and maintain high quality relationships with existing and potential
customers.
– Stay ahead of market trends and maintain a high level of market awareness.
