Job Description:
The Accountant will be responsible for and have practical knowledge to Manage all Accounts Finance Executive functions like Book-keeping via Tally ver 9, MIS, VAT, CST, Payroll Process Software Management, PF, ESI, PT, Labour laws, Service Tax, Income Tax, TDS, Excise , Imports, STPI, Bank Reconciliations, Daily reporting to the upper management and setup up procedures for expense approvals, Handling staff expense & Administration, Maintain Report for Internal Auditing and subsidiary books for Accounting, Maintaining Payable & Receivable & its Reconciliation With all these you’ll be in a position to design CTC, Gross Salary breakup in regard to minimum wages act, Income tax exemptions & labour acts.
You will need to have have in-depth knowledge of all the areas of PF, ESI, PT Payroll Income Tax, TDS & Tax Planning. Knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software will be an added advantage for the right candidate. The accountant will also be responsible for reporting to the management in India and to the Head quarters in USA, and will be working closely with the Head Accountant in the USA along with local directors.
