System Administrator (SAP B1 & IT Support)-

Key Responsibilities
– Provide functional and administrative support for SAP Business One (61}, collaborating with the current team to ensure smooth operations.
– Handle increasing requests for SQL-based custom report development using Crystal Reports and Power BI.
– Work closely with the existing team to coordinate SAP module implementations and contribute to system improvements and user satisfaction.
– Manage additional applications such as hotel management systems, QuickBooks (QB), and internally
developed CRMs and workflow systems, ensuring full integration with SAP 81.
– Support and enhance the operations of several business-critical websites and their backend systems.
– Provide complementary system maintenance and project management assistance, ensuring timely and
effective responses to growing business demands.
Key Requirements
– Proven experience in SAP Business One (B1) functional and administration support.
– Strong SQL knowledge for report development. Proficiency in Crystal Reports and Power Bi to meet growing user needs.
– Project management skills to work collaboratively on SAP module implementations and other IT initiatives.
– Experience managing multiple business systems, including hotel management, QuickBooks, websites, and in-house developed applications like CRMs and workflow systems.
– Ability to collaborate with the current IT team to ensure the ongoing success of business operations.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications in SAP B1 or SQL would be an added advantage.
– Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role, ideally working as part of a growing IT team.
