THE JOB INCLUDES:
– Conducting market research, analyzing trends, and evaluating competitors.
– Identifying and attracting new clients in line with company strategy and coordinating onboarding.
– Delivering sates presentations showcasing value added and sustainable tea solutions.
– Supporting the preparation of client proposals, pricing, and follow-up communication.
– Collaborating on marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
– Participating in international and virtual trade events within assigned markets.
– Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and reporting on key performance metrics.
APPLICANT PROFILE:
– 2+ year’s proven track record in exceptional service delivery, business development and
acquiring new clients with at least 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
– Degree related to Marketing or a CIM or SLIM qualification.
– Prior experience in developing an international clientele.
– Excellent communication and persuasion as well as organizing, planning, networking, and Project management skills along with an outgoing personality.
Having prior experience in the Tea exporting industry and social media activities to approach new customers are added advantages to this position.
