Requirements
– Age Below 45

– Should have Degree in Human resource Management /MBA will advantage
– Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Managerial level (FMCG,Food & Beverages or
Manufacturing)
– Should have Minimum of 10 -15 years Human resource Management experience in Manufacturing
sector
– Fluent in 2 languages (Sinhala & English)
– Experience in MS word & Excel
– Outstanding interpersonal skills with multi-tasking ability
– Salary 450K -550K (Negotiable)
