Finance Executive

Scope:
– Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles
– Prepare financial statements, reports. and budgets for management review
– Responsible for day-to-day financial transactions. including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
– Monitor cash flows and perform cash management activities. including bank reconciliations
Responsibilities:
– A minimum of 3 years’ hands on experience in a similar role
– Exposure in the IT industry will be a distinct advantage
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
– Good communication and presentation skills
– Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
– A team player with “Can do” attitude
– Ability to learn quickly and work with minimum supervision
Educational Qualification & Technical Skills
– Sound academic background with a degree in finance or full/part qualification in CA or AAT is must
– Experience in ERP is desirable
– Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
