Accounts Assistant cum Data Entry Operator

A well-established Company in the Investment management industry based in Colombo is looking for a suitably qualified and motivated individual who is capable of assisting the operations of the Registration Department of the Company.
Your Profile
– G.C.E. Advance Level qualification.
– Computer Literacy (especially MS office package).
– Team player with good command of English.
– Strong attention to detail & Analytical Skills.
– Preferably around 20 years of age.
– Commercial Experience would be an added advantage.
Your Tasks
– Assist to the registration activities of the Registrar Department including daily reconciliation
of collection account, unit creations and redemptions with special care on elimination of
omissions and errors to ensure proper internal control.
– Maintain customer friendly environment and attend customer requirements promptly.
– Maintain records in up-to-date manner.
– Liaise with other Departments of the Company on registration matters.
