Job Description:
CAICWA with 15 plus years of work experience in large and reputed manufacturing and infrastructure companies. Having expertise in Direct, indirect taxation (VAT, WCT etc) and Transfer pricing.
Candidates experience only in Direct tax or Indirect tax can also apply
– Structuring tax optimized contracts and agreements.
– Updating the tax team on various latest developments in direct and indirect taxation including the latest judgments of the Tribunals, High Courts and Supreme Court.
– Optimizing direct tax for the company
– Experience in Double Taxation treaties and Transfer Pricing
Experience : 18 – 20 Years
