Qualification & Experience:
– Degree in Accounting/ Business/ Commerce and part qualified in CA/CIMA or similar
qualification.
– Advanced MS Excel skills.
– Solid foundation in finance with 3+ experience in finance functions
(Costing, Reconciliations, Analysis and Forecasting)
– Excellent Communication skills & Leadership skills.
– Ability to work independently and meet financial deadlines.
– Age within 28 years.
Responsibilities & Deliverables
– Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management
– Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
– Spearhead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
– Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
– Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new developments, regulations or policies Ez
– Develop models that help with decision-making
