Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
Ensure high standards of customer service and team performance
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a managerial role in sales, preferably in the automotive sector
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Excellent interpersonal and team management abilities
Computer literacy and reporting skills
