We are seeking an experienced and driven Franchise Manager to join our client a leading premium wellness brand. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding a high-end wellness community that promotes holistic health, lifestyle transformation, and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and expansion of franchise operations across Sri Lanka
Identify, recruit, and onboard new franchise partners aligned with brand values
Provide ongoing support, training, and performance management to franchisees
Ensure brand consistency, service excellence, and operational standards are upheld
Develop and execute strategic growth plans to increase market presence
Monitor financial performance and implement initiatives to drive profitability
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance customer engagemen
Requirements
Proven experience in franchise management, business development, or multi-unit operations
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
Solid understanding of business operations, financial management, and KPIs
Passion or experience in wellness, fitness, or lifestyle industries is highly desirable
Ability to travel locally as required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA is a plus)
