Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Events Manager to plan, organize, and execute corporate, social, and promotional events. The ideal candidate will ensure flawless event delivery, manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, and create memorable experiences that reflect the company’s brand and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end events, including corporate functions, product launches, exhibitions, conferences, and social gatherings.
Develop event concepts, themes, and strategies aligned with company objectives.
Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, caterers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
Oversee logistics, including transportation, accommodation, audio-visual requirements, and staffing.
Lead event teams and assign responsibilities to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor event performance, gather feedback, and prepare post-event reports.
Ensure all events adhere to safety standards, legal regulations, and company policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event management or a similar role.
Proven ability to plan and execute large-scale events successfully.
Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and event management software.
