Our client is one of the leading Insurance companies which is located in Rajagiriya & Colombo.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of engineers.
– Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
– Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve development processes
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers, to ensure successful project execution.
– Provide regular reports and updates to management and stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
– 6+ years of experience in similar discipline.
– Experience in Agile scrum development methodology and working in Scrum teams.
– System analysis and design experience with good analytical skills.
– Experience in Java. (Experience in Python, JavaScript, Node.js or any other will be added
advantage)
– Experience in Spring boot, JPA/Hibernate, REST Web service development, MySQL, testing tools like Junit or Selenium or similar discipline.
– Have worked with any of GCP, AWS or Azure.
– Experience and in-depth knowledge in Maven, Git/SVN or similar
– Knowledge of Cl/CD Pipeline (Jenkins or similar), performance optimizations in java
– Knowledge of Code Quality/Security Tools
