We are on the lookout for a Sales Executive for our client company located in Colombo 05Job

Responsibilities
Identify and target new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and face to face client meetings
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Conduct regular meetings and presentations to address client requirements and showcase products or services
Generate and qualify leads, and convert them into sales opportunities
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate terms and conditions to close deals
Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape
Provide feedback to the company on market needs and potential product or service improvements
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system provided.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and strategies
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of client projects and resolve any issues

Requirements
Female candidates with age below 35 years
Higher Diploma or equivalent professional Qualification in Marketing or a relevant field
Minimum 02 years and above experience in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Having a very good knowledge of CRM & MS office applications
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs
Self-motivated individual with strong business acumen, good time management and task prioritization skills.
Preferably candidates reside in Colombo or near area for easy commute

Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
