We are on the lookout for a Coordinator – SFA System Operations for our client company located in Colombo 14Responsibilities
Candidates should understand business needs and objectives related to SFA
Systems.
Must Gather and analyze requirements to optimize SFA system functionality.
Must provide support to the technical team in coordinating SFA-related project tasks.
Must create business and technical documentation specific to SFA operations.
Should Take the lead on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
Should assist team members in completing assignments on time.
Qualifications:
Experience and knowledge in Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Basic understanding of the behavior and functionality of SFA systems.
Familiarity with Agile work concepts.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong multi-tasking skills with a service mindset.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and drive SFA projects forward.
Understanding of the software development life cycle and its various phases.
Good documentation and presentation skills.
Strong interest in learning and implementing new technologies, particularly in SFA.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
