Landscape supervisor

We are on the lookout for a Landscape supervisor for our well reputed client company.
Responsibilities
Plan and schedule landscaping works including phase 01 and phase 02, ensuring timely completion.
Overlooking and attending all matters related to landscaping within given area.
Adhere and attend to the instructions of the company management.
Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
Develop and implement landscape designs and maintenance plans.
Oversee the installation and maintenance of plants, trees, shrubs, lawns, and hardscape elements.
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of landscapers and grounds maintenance workers.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and experience.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Required skills and Qualifications
Minimum 01 year and above experience in similar capacity is required
Proficiency with landscape maintenance equipment and hand tools.
Knowledge and experience in landscape maintenance and installation techniques.
Maintain professional composure in emotional and complex situations.
Maintain organized workspace and documentation.
Perform work duties with limited supervision.
