We are on the lookout for Showroom Manager for our well reputed Client Company.
The selected candidate will be responsible to overseeing and enhancing the performance of company showrooms throughout the island. The duties involve managing sales and inventory, ensuring a positive customer experience, and supervising and leading the showroom team.Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the showroom’s overall performance; setting sales targets, in-store merchandising, market development activities, and customer service.
Be responsible for managing inventories, cash, and sales proceeds.
Motivate the showroom sales team as the leader to meet targets at appropriate times. Competencies and Requirement
Requirements:
Minimum 03 years’ and above experience as a Showroom Manager or experience as Assistant Showroom Manager / Showroom Customer Support Executive or Store Management, Sales.
Experience in Surface covering , Hardware and Bathware industry would be added advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business or a related field
Excellent communication skills verbal and written in English is a must
A dynamic and result oriented individual
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
Should be able to work extended hours.
Age below 40 years of age.
Salary: – Between Rs 70,000/- to Rs 90,000/- + Sales Incentive – Target base
