Finance Executive

Key responsibilities
• Processing payment vouchers.
• Bank accounts reconciliations, vendor/debtor reconciliations.
• Posting monthly journal entries and update schedules for monthly accounts.
• Conducting stock/fixed asset verification and update accounts.
• Entering receipts and RM bills.
• Preparing cash Advance Settlements.
• Checking Payments and PO’s.
• Preparing Year End Financial Statement & handling external audit. • Handling VAT/SVAT/Payee income tax.
• Handling Petty Cash.
• Prepare other reports given by the management when necessary.
Desired Profile:
• Part qualification AAT/CASL/ACCA/CIMA.
• Exposure to computerised accounting package and ERP system will be added advantage.
• Proficiency in excel and ability to handle other office packages and emails.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting/finance experience preferably in Manufacturing
