Assistant Finance Manager

Job Description:
• Accountable for proper recording and monitoring of day-to-day financial activities.
• Ensure accurate management reporting and timely recording; maintain a close eye on sales, debtors, cash, creditors, and other reports by keeping up proper accounting procedures.
• Timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Prepare and update annual budgets.
• Treasury management.
• Monitor costing and management accounting procedures.
• Negotiate and manage bank facilities with financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and liaise with auditors.
• Timely submission of tax returns and comply with tax regulations.
• Manage all local purchase.
• Manage the debt collection process.
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.
Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or CA or ACCA or Similar qualifications.
• Excellent business judgment, analytical and decision making skills.
• Ability to contribute and provide information towards the preparation of company strategic plan.
• Minimum S years working experience in similar capacity.
• Previous experience in hardware industry would be an added advantage.
• Ability to work and effectively communicate with management and heads of departments.
• Should be a team player.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Age below 40
