Assistant Manager – IT Support

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance.
• Addressing all IT related issues, Including Hardware, Software, Network Internet and Operating System issues.
• Architecture and setup of IT infrastructure from conceptualization to execution and management such as Cisco, Aruba, Citrix, VPN. Veem Backup, SharePoint, 0365 and Azure AD management.
• Manage and overlook the ‘SP providers and related IT vendors of the company.
• Timely creation and deletion of user profiles and manage the same through the Active Directory Management.
• Overseeing the planned maintenance of Laptops. Desktops, Printers and related IT Assets.
• Timely renewal of AMC’s, contracts, Insurances etc. In coordination with the Finance team.
• Identify and suggest improvements in policies and procedures as per the best practices.
• IT Vendor Management. Negotiations and Budget/Expense Management.
• Maintain an up to date asset and inventory list for audit and records purposes.

Role Requirement
QUALIFICATION: Degree in accredited IT Institute/ University EXPERIENCE: Min. 6 years of prior experience Prior experience with 0365 and SAP would be advantageous AGE: Below 40 years of age SKILLS: Excellent communications and interpersonal skills Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and presentable worker
