UX Designer / Developer

‘We are looking for a talented UX Designer/Developer to join our team. You will work collaboratively
with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to design, prototype and implement clean,
intuitive user experiences for our mobile and web applications.
Responsibilities:
Produce user flows, wireframes, mockups and high-fidelity designs for mobile and web applications
using Figma
Develop clickable prototypes to demonstrate user flow and interactions
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform Ux decisions
Partner with engineering team to implement pixel-perfect, polished UI interfaces in Flutter
Rapidly iterate on designs based on user feedback and changing requirements
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to constantly improve UX
Drive consistency and best practices in UX across web, iOS and Android
Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX trends, patterns and technologies
Requirements:
3+ years of UI/UX design experience focused on mobile and responsive web
Expert skills with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Invision, etc.
Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and web design skills
Solid front-end development skills with Flutter
Ability to transtate wireframes and mocks into high quality code
Passion for staying current on design trends and technologies
Ability to iterate quickly and manage ambiguity
Comfartable collaborating in an agile, fast-paced environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ideal candidates will also have:
Experience conducting user research and A/B testing
Data-driven approach backed by analytics and experiments
Familiarity with REST APIs and integration with back-end systems
Animation/motion design skills
Bachelor’s degree in IT,HC!, Design or equivalent field
