Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain records, files, and documentation
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
Assist with office supplies management and inventory
Support basic finance/admin tasks (invoicing, data entry, etc.)
Ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work independently
