Senior Manager – MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all MEP functions across multiple projects.
Manage design review, coordination, and approval of MEP drawings and specifications.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Coordinate with architects, civil teams, consultants, and contractors.
Plan and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
Identify and resolve technical issues and risks proactively.
Manage vendor selection, procurement, and contract negotiations.
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and handover processes.
Drive cost optimization and value engineering initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
10–15 years of experience in MEP projects (construction/real estate/infrastructure).
Proven experience in a senior or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Experience in high-rise, commercial, or large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
