Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product/Sales Manager to lead and expand operations in Zambia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural tyre sales, with a proven ability to build dealer networks, drive market growth, and achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage, strengthen, and expand dealer and distribution networks.
Plan and execute marketing and product promotion initiatives.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, dealers, and customers.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.

Requirements
5–10 years of proven experience in sales management within the agricultural tyre industry.
Strong expertise in dealer network development and distribution sales.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
