We are seeking an elegant and professional Hostess to be the welcoming face of our establishment, for our client, which is a luxury authentic Indian restaurant, located in the heart of Colombo 02.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival
Manage reservations and walk-in seating efficiently
Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth table turnover
Maintain a polished reception and waiting area
Handle guest inquiries professionally, both in person and over the phone
Uphold the restaurant’s premium brand image at all times
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in a hostess, front office, or guest relations role (luxury hospitality experience preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
