Senior Linux Engineer
We are Australia’s largest eCommerce agency made up of 140 strategic, creative and technical specialists who work in unison to deliver eCommerce solutions built on Magento of the highest quality. Every team member is laser-focused on digital commerce and the technology ecosystem that supports it. We design, build & support large volume, highly scalable and engaging eCommerce solutions. Vacancies currently exist in our Netstarter Colombo Office for the above post.
Experience:
• 5+ years experience in supporting Linux on a production environment
• Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Experience with automated deployments & integration suites
• Experience with configuration management tools
• Experience working with PHP frameworks and platforms such as Magento
Skills:
• Strong Linux server management knowledge (Ubuntu & other Linux variants)
• Remote shell command execution (SSH) & shell scripting
• Strong hands on knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Install, configure and support apache/nginx, mysql & php environments
• Understanding programming concepts is a major bonus
• Strong English and communication skills
