Key Responsibilities:
Achieve target set by the management Responsible for prospecting customers, follow up on customer orders and handling customer Inquires
Installation of fixtures and other point of sale materials.
To communicate and assist customers effectively with enquiries.
Providing excellent customer mrvice and after sales support
Key Requirements:
– Technical diploma or Technical certificate in electrical stream from a recognized institute.
– Dynamic and pleasant personality with superior communication and customer service skills.
– Fluency in both Sinhala and English.
– Enthusiasm and passion for the industry
– Should be target oriented and self-motivated.
Good team player, who Inn also work independently with minimum supervision.
– Willing to mark extended hours.
– Must be a light vehicle driving licence holder.
– Age within 20 -30
Salary: Fix Salary + Percentage of Sales.
