We, Intelligent Image Management Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. as a BOI approved, ISO 27001:2013 certified leading BPO Company in the country and an affiliate of Intelligent Image Management Incorporated in USA, are in search for suitable candidates for the following vacancy.
Production Executives (Day Shift/Night Shift)
• Fluency in English language is a MUST.
• Should have strong analytical skills.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Quick learner with innovative ideas.
• Should have a sound knowledge in using MS office package.
• Should have good typing skills.
• Ability to absorb pressure and think through difficult situations.
• Willingness to work during local holidays. (Mercantile Holidays, Poya days, etc.)
• Eager to take up challenges and be result oriented.
• Commitment to stay with the Company for a minimum period of 1 year is a MUST.

The selected candidates would undergo three months of comprehensive training. However, the first two months of the training would be conducted in the day shift (8.00 am — 6.00 pm). Upon completion of the training, the candidates would be expected to independently examine and interpret online documents and conduct additional searches in order to produce details reports required by the client. In return we OFFER you.
• A starting salary of Rs 21,000 (For Day Shift), Rs 24,000 (For Night Shift) and the ability to earn an additional Rs 10,000 (Based on the performance as an incentives) after 3 months.
• Rs 2000 for Attendance Bonus.
• Transport drop would be provided for the night shift (Conditions Apply)
