Production Executive (Sri Lanka)

Cable Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd is a company established under the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka which is located a few miles away from Colombo city. Cable Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd, as a competitive manufacturer of customized cables for various industries, which is functioning under European management, is looking for a talented, robust and smart personnel to join the Cable Solutions team immediately as a Production Executive
Qualifications & Skills/experience required :
– Degree in mechanical / electrical / production / industrial engineering
– 3-5 years’ experience in production /process /maintenance department of an established industry, preferably cable industry.
– Excellent verbal and written English communication Skills
Major Responsibilities:
– Production planning scheduling and execution
– Identification of non-conformities
– Decide tools and spares requirements for various cable manufacturing processes.
– Control over materials to meet production requirements
– Exploring new & cost effective ways to improve quality and productivity
– Developing new ways of manufacturing, improving existing manufacturing processes, adopting better manufacturing processes
– Ensure that all production related work is carried out with due regard to the company’s Safety, environmental & quality policies.
– Lead, direct and motivate the team, monitor team performance and give feedback, ensure capabilities of the team meets present and future organizational requirements
Salary 60K + Other company benefits. (Based on qualification and experience)
