Job role and responsibilities:
• Preparation of master program for the projects at the time of bidding to arrive at the budgeted cost of overheads for the management to decide on the mark up.
• Prepare the initial cash flows for the projects.
• Monitoring the site progress and prepare the delays and reporting to the management with the assistance of the construction managers / Project managers.
• Preparation, submission of technical specification and necessary supporting documents as requested in the bid document and maintain data base on bid submission.
• Preparation of methods statements for construction activities as and when requested by the consultants with the assistance of construction managers and Project Managers.
• Monitoring the QA/QC Plan and ensuring materials and equipment are in compliance with the plans and specifications at sites.
• Monitoring and coordinating with company’s Health, Safety and Environmental Management system requirements.
• Preparation of Baseline schedules for the newly awarded projects by loading the resources and cost to the programme.
• Obtaining of Insurance and necessary bonds for the newly awarded Contracts by coordinating with the necessary departments and follow up for renewal during the course of construction and the maintenance period.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in construction industry in similar capacity, preferably in Water sector.
• Expert knowledge of construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Good communication, reporting and presentation skills.
