Colour Exports (Pvt ) Ltd. is a well established textile printing company in business for the last two decades Working with World’s top brands.

Looking for following personal for our modern BOI approved printing plant close to Kesbewa.

Marketing Manager

1. We seek a career minded, qualified and experienced person around 30 -40 years for the above position.
2. Should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a Marketing Manager controlling all activities with suppliers and buyers independently with the exposure to world renowned buyers. Ideal candidates should have hands on experience in a factory environment, excellent communication skills and ability to convince others with positive persuasive skills.
3. Computer literacy is essential. Professional education related to the apparel industry or a qualification in CIM will be required. Good college education including engagement in leadership and extracurricular activities in college will be advantageous.
4. He should have experience in garment printing environment or garment embellishment environment.

Planning Manager/Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for entire production planning & coordination functions for the entire operation and ensure on time shipment.
2. Prepare & implement line allocation based on business requirement.
3. Prepare production plan for any critical issues in advance.
4. Forecast delay situation & future bottle necks and take precaution accordingly.
5. Plugging orders on productive way to ensure optimum utilization of capacity and maintain live production plans.
6. Will be fully responsible for”On time shipment”of all orders.
7. He should have experience in garment printing environment or garment embellishment environment.

Human Resources Manager

1. A professional qualification in HRM from a recognized professional body or a degree in the related field.
2. Independently set up the HR functions including recruitment’s, compliance with labour regulations, motivate the work force to achieve higher productivity.
3. Minimum 5 years experience in overall HR functions at senior level and a proven track record in a manufacturing environment.
4. Monitoring the Cut lording for the production and giving the information to the Planning team.
5. Good skills in managing disciplinary and HR issues.Sound knowledge and understanding of company / labour laws, rules, regulations & good policies.
6. Good interpersonal skills.

Safety & Compliance Officer

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity including social & ethical compliance work experience within the screen printing or apparel industry.
2. Experience of WRAP, OEKO-TEX & ISO certification, SMETA,LEVI’S, GEORGE, VS PINK, ADDIDAS audits preferred.
3. Technical compliance, Product safety, Quality management systems experience would be considered as an advantage. 4. Knowledge of the Ell base code & local labour laws.
5. Safety systems experience would be preferred.

Merchandisers

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Good knowledge on merchandising process.
2. Facilitate product development with the design team.
3. Making use of any opportunity in finding new clients for expansion of business.
4. Monitoring the Cut lording for the production and giving the information to the Planning team.
5. Updating the production team for any deviation for the receiving’s and getting this information from the factory beforehand.
6. He should have experience in garment printing environment or garment embellishment environment.

Marketing Executives

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Willingness & ability to work on multiple works at once efficiently & actively.
2. Ability to work under pressure, target oriented team player.
3. Quick learning ability & adopt to various environments & situations.
4. Ability to schedule work on a marketing plan.
5. Go getter to achieve monthly targets.
6. He should have experience in garment printing environment or garment embellishment environment.
